1. Technical Support
1.1 The game is not loading.
If your game is not loading or you are experiencing some other technical difficulties,
please try the following procedures:
Step 1: Clear Cache in your browser. Clearing
your cache can significantly improve the speed and performance
of your browser. Open your web-browser and press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE combination,
then select "Clear Cache" from the list of options.
Step 2: Make sure you are running the latest version
of your internet browser. Go to web
browser section, download and install the latest version of your favourite
internet browser from list. .
Step 3: Re-install Adobe Flash Player. Go to Official Adobe
Homepage, download and install latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
Step 4: If none of the above works; please try using
different web browser.
1.2 I can’t see the full game window.
Make sure your screen resolution is set to at least 1024*768. Otherwise you might
not be able to see the full game window. You can also try F11 to open the Full Screen
mode.
1.3 Chat Messenger is not loading
First try to reload the page by clicking Reload button in your
browser. If Chat Messenger is still not loading, please try following procedure:
1. Right-click anywhere in the Messenger.
2. Click on „Settings…“
3. In "Local Storage" turn the lever to the left end.
4. Confirm by "OK"
5. Reload the page
6. Allow data storage by clicking "Allow" in Messenger!

Yes. The list of countries with supported mobile payments is growing. We are doing

PRO account is a special membership. With PRO account, you receive double amount
of G-points every day (20 G-points), you don’t see the ads before the Multiplayer
games and you can enjoy other benefits such as special cue in Pool Live game. See

3.2. What are G-points ? How do I get them?
G- Points is how we reward players for their loyalty and skill. You can‘t
buy them, you can only collect them based on your activity and results in games.

3.3. What is G-Cash ?

Live.

Click your name in the top right corner on Geewa.com to enter your profile. Go to
Avatar editor and click „Reset avatar to picture“.
This will update your profile with your latest Facebook profile picture. You can
also upload your new picture here or create your own personalized Avatar.
3.6. I would like to translate Live Games. How can I help?
Go to www.geewa.com/translate
and start translating! Translators will be rewarded by Live Games PRO accounts.
3.7.How can I control the Messenger Chat on the right?
If you don’t wish to be contacted by certain users, click on their name in
Chat Messenger and click on “Ignore user” icon.
